Hyacinth Splendid Cornelia is a really special Hyacinth, producing blooms of lilac-pink, nearly two-tone in colour.

These Hyacinth bulbs are available to pre-order now for delivery in Autumn. I expect delivery to be during late September/October

I can't tell you how excited I am this year to have sourced some of this fabulous variety and such large bulbs.

These Hyacinth Splendid Cornelia bulbs are 19cm and larger which means that the quality of the Hyacinth flowers produced next spring will be second to none, really top quality.

I must stress that I do not have many of these beauties.

Hyacinth Splendid Cornelia is supplied in packets of 3 bulbs.

This is a really choice variety of Hyacinth bulb and will certainly be among the first to sell out.

Ideal for planting in pots and containers or directly into the ground for naturalizing.

Hyacinth Splendid Cornelia is a strongly scented Hyacinth variety.

  • Hyacinth Splendid Cornelia produces magnificent, large, showy, lilac-pink flowers during March and April on stems 30-35cmcm in height.
  • Plant 10cm deep and 20cm or more apart
  • Stagger the planting over a few weeks if you want to and this will result in the blooms opening up over a longer period in the spring

  • Hyacinths can be successfully planted right in to January

  • Size of Bulb 19cm and larger

  • These are super size Hyacinth bulbs and bigger than what you are likely to find available in plastic packed prepacks in garden centres.

  • Quite simply, the better quality the bulb, the better quality the plant and flowers which are produced.

  • I have been growing Hyacinths from this Dutch grower for over 10 years and each year the quality is superb.

  • All the packaging that I use is, where possible either reused, recycled or recyclable. All the bulbs are supplied to me loose in bulk crates so that there is no plastic wrapping or packaging to be dumped.
