Spring 2027 Garden Visit Gift

A thoughtful gift for someone and their garden

Give someone time with me, Peter Dowdall, The Irish Gardener, in their own garden. We’ll walk the garden together, answer their questions and explore ideas to help them see what it could become.

Whether they have just moved into a new home, want to refresh an established garden or would simply enjoy talking through their gardening questions with me, this gift offers practical advice shaped around them.

I’m offering just 10 on-site garden consultations as gifts for Spring 2027.

What the gift includes

• Up to two hours with me in the recipient’s garden.
• Personal advice on their plants, soil, garden conditions and priorities.
• Ideas for improvements, seasonal interest and realistic maintenance.
• A written follow-up report summarising my principal recommendations.
• A downloadable gift voucher to print or pass on to the recipient.

€590 in total, including VAT.
Available for gardens within the Cork area.

How it works

1. Buy the gift. There is no need to choose an appointment when purchasing.
2. Give the voucher. Download and print the voucher, complete the To and From sections, and add the five numbers from your confirmation email after the printed IG on the Order No line.
3. Arrange the visit. The recipient contacts me with their IG order number, and we arrange a mutually suitable appointment for Spring 2027.

They don’t need to be planning a redesign

Our time together can focus on particular questions, fresh planting ideas or simply understanding and enjoying the garden they already have. They set the priorities, and I help them find a practical way forward.

The gift covers my consultation and follow-up report. A drawn garden design or detailed planting plan can be commissioned separately, with no obligation to proceed.
